The EarScope Pneumatic (MEDL4EP) è una soluzione compatta e sicura per osservare il timpano e l'orecchio esterno. Il MEDL4EP ha una risoluzione di 1,3 Megapixel e un ingrandimento di 55 ~ 90x. Viene fornito con un bulbo di gomma che viene schiacciato per soffiare un soffio di aria nel condotto uditivo, che permette al medico di vedere come il timpano si muove. Questo modello viene fornito con speculum monouso da 2, 5 e 4 mm (10 per ogni misura).
