Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer HR 200x (MEDL7DM) har et 5 megapixel kamera og en forstørrelse på 10 til 70x og cirka 200x. Også denne model DermaScope® har et indbygget fuldt justerbart polarisationsfilter til reduktion af glanseffekt i huden. MEDL7DM skiller sig også ud fra MEDL4DM med sin slanke metalindkapsling.
Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer 200x modeller er særlige modeller med langt højere forstørrelse, der ofte anvendes til specialiserede dermatologiske applikationer eller, for eksempel, analyser og hudbiopsier. På grund af denne models høje forstørrelse kan mistænkelige nævus analyseres med større nøjagtighed. I praksis anvendes denne model til analyse og fortolkning af biopsier samt andre præparater, kort sagt, mere til laboratorieundersøgelser.
