Dino-Lite AM4115T-GFBW digitalt mikroskop är optimerad för forskning och visning av fluorescerande objekt med hjälp av 480nm lysdioder. Den har ett 510nm emissionsfilter som är utformat för att observera, inkluderad men ej begränsad till, GFP (grönt fluorescerande protein).
Jämfört med traditionell typ av fluorescensmikroskops bandpass för emissionsfilter, ger Dino-Lite lång passning emissionsfilter synlighet och känslighet över ett större utbud av fluorescerande våglängd. Grönt fluorescerande föremål hoppar ut under mikroskopet och man kan tydligt se dess gröna lyster. AM4115T-GFBW har förmågan att växla ljuskälla från 480nm excitation lysdioder till vita lysdiod vilket är bekvämt för att lokalisera föremål och få en enkel fokus.
