Dino-Lite AM4115T-YFGW digitalmikroskopet er optimeret til forskning og visning af fluorescerende objekter ved hjælp af 525nm LED'er. Det har et 570nm-emissionsfilter, som er designet til at observere, herunder men ikke begrænset til, Cy3 og TRITC.
Sammenlignet med det traditionelle fluorescensmikroskops båndpas-emissionsfiltre, giver Dino-Lite's lang pass-emissionsfilter synlighed og følsomhed over et større spektrum af fluorescensbølgelængden. AM4115T-YFGW kan skifte lyskilde fra 525nm excitations-LED'er til hvide LED, hvilket er velegnet til at lokalisere objektet og let fokusere på det.
