Please be advised that all Dino-Lite models that use the DinoXcope software work with Macintosh’s that COME WITH the Snow Leopard operating system. For users wishing to UPGRADE to the Snow Leopard operating system, the Dino-Lite Pro and Dino-Lite Premier series have no known issues with the Snow Leopard operating system. The Dino-Lite Plus series has yet to be confirmed to be compatible with Snow Leopard.

Note about Windows 7 support: The current DinoCapture software is not compatible with Windows 7. A beta version of the DinoCapture 2.0 software that includes Windows 7 support is now available for download. Please be aware that this version is stilli undergoing testing and debugging. Also the software and manual is not yet available in other languages then English.If you want to report a bug or issue with this beta version, or if you want to receive a notification when the final version of DinoCapture 2.0 is ready, please use this form.

Download DinoCapture 2.0 software install version 0.8.0 here:
  1. For AM211/AM310/AM311
  2. For all other models, AM311S/AM311ST/Dino-Lite Plus and Pro/DinoXLite/AM423/AMH
This version now includes the drivers (with installation bug fixed)as well as an automatic update service. It will also support switching the light of the VW models in 64 bit Windows versions. If you installed an earlier version of the beta software, please uninstall the old version and the drivers first, then restart your computer, download and install this version manually .  If you do not have Dinocapture on your system yet, this version will now also install the drivers. Do not plug in the Dino-Lite untill all software installation is finished.

DinoXcope 1.3.1 released on Feb, 9th 2010 now includes four-point measurement and works on some Snow Leopard configurations.
